      Char Dham Yatra in Indian Himalayas will take you through the religious holy temples of Uttarakhand. The four holy shrines of Gangotri, Yamunotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath are covered in this pilgrimage trip. These divine temples are situated in the Garwhal Himalaya region in North India. This epic journey starts from the dip into the holy Ganges river in the Haridwar and continues towards Yamunotri, Uttarkashi, Guptakashi, Gaurikund, Kedarnath, Rudraprayag and Badrinath.

      This pilgrimage tour will be full of spirituality and divine forces along with some hiking and sightseeing of the picturesque Himalayan landscapes.       Day 1Arrival at Delhi

      • Arrive Delhi possibly in the morning and check in to the hotel
      • Spend the day with sightseeing of Delhi including visit to Qutub Minar, Red fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, India gate, Humayun’s Tomb and Lotus temple
      • Overnight stay in Delhi

      Day 2Delhi to Haridwar(230 Km)

      • After delicious breakfast, drive towards Haridwar
      • Upon arrival at Haridwar, check in to the hotel
      • In the evening, attend the wonderful Aarati in the bank of Ganga river at Har ki Pauri
      • Enjoy the sights of thousands of floating earthen lamps in the Ganga river
      • Overnight stay at hotel

      Day 3Drive from Haridwar to Barkot (205km)

      • Kick off the day with early morning breakfast and start the scenic drive to Barkot via Dehradun and Mussoorie
      • En route visit the mesmerizing Kempty waterfall
      • Continue your journey further to reach Barkot
      • Upon arrival at Barkot, check in to hotel for overnight stay

      Day 4Yamunotri Darshan

      • Wake up early in the morning and start a 5 km hike towards the Yamunotri temple
      • The trek can be covered by foot or Horse ride
      • Upon arrival at top, take a bath at warm waters of Jamunabai kund and proceed for religious rituals in the Yamunotri temple
      • Offer your prayers and then take prasad and hike downhill to the Barkot
      • Overnight stay at Barkot

      Day 5Drive from Barkot to Uttarkashi (85 Km)

      • Start the day with delicious meal and drive towards the Uttarkashi
      • Upon arrival, check in to the hotel
      • Visit the temple of lord Vishwanath and spend rest of the day on leisure
      • Overnight stay at Uttarkashi

      Day 6Gangotri Darshan

      • Wake up early in the morning and have your breakfast and start the journey towards Gangotri (100 Km)
      • En route visit the Harsil village and enjoy the scenic view of Bhagirathi River and picturesque views of Himalayas
      • Upon arrival at Gangotri, peform religious rituals in the temple, and also visit the Kedar Ganga Sangam – confluence of Kedar river and Ganga river
      • After the Gangotri Darshan, drive back to Uttarkashi for overnight stay

      Day 7Drive from Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (190 Km)

      • After appetizing breakfast, drive towards Guptkashi with scenic views of river Mandakini originating from Kedarnath
      • Upon arrival at the Guptkashi, check in to hotel
      • Proceed for the Kedarnath pre-registration
      • Visit the temple of Lord Shiva in Guptkashi
      • Overnight stay at Guptkashi

      Day 8Kedarnath Darshan

      • After healthy breakfast in the morning, drive towards the Gaurikund from where the 20 Km trek to Kedarnath starts
      • Upon arrival, check in to the government camps and enjoy the warm dinner and for overnight stay

      Day 9Kedarnath to Rudraprayag via Guptkashi

      • Wake up very early in the morning and take a holy bath to participate in Abhishek ceremony of the idol of the Lord Shiva
      • After Darshan, trek down to Sonprayag and drive towards Rudraprayag via Guptkashi
      • Upon arrival at the Rudraprayag, check in to hotel for overnight stay

      Day 10Badrinath Darshan

      • Early morning breakfast followed with drive to Badrinath via Joshimath
      • Enjoy the scenic views on the drive
      • Upon arrival, check in to hotel and refresh yourself to proceed for evening aarati in Badrinath Temple
      • Purify yourself with a holy bath at Tapt kund and visit the temple
      • After performing religious rituals at the temple, return to hotel for overnight stay

      Day 11Badrinath to Rudraprayag (165 Km)

      • Early in the morning, go for the customary bath in Taptkund and have a Darshan of Badrinath
      • Visit the Brahamakapal where Pinddan Shraddh is done
      • After that visit the Mana village and other several temples in the Badrinath area
      • Drive to Rudraprayag via Joshimath
      • Upon arrival, check in to hotel for delicious dinner and overnight stay

      Day 12Rudraprayag to Haridwar via Rishikesh (160 Km)

      • After early meal drive to the Haridwar
      • En route visit the Rishikesh – place of sages, on the bank of Ganga
      • Visit the Laxman Jhulla, Ram Jhulla, Triveni Gaht, Bharat Mandir and Shivananda Ashram at the Yoga capital of world – Rishikesh
      • In the evening attain the evening aarati in Ganga river at Parmarth Ashram
      • Drive further more to Haridwar for overnight stay

      Day 13Haridwar to Delhi (230 Km)

      • Have breakfast and drive towards the Delhi
      • Upon arrival at Delhi, transfer to airport for your flights to onward destination
