Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.

Free Cancellation if cancellation request received before 3 days prior to arrival date.
Non refundable if the cancellation request within 3 days prior to arrival date.
Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Hotel Policy).
